Role Description
This role is ideal for someone who understands how modern security networks are designed and delivered, and who can engage with consultants, system integrators, end users, and technology partners to develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities across the Security and Critical Infrastructure sectors.
- Build and strengthen relationships with consultants, system integrators, distributors, and end users.
- Promote infrastructure solutions for IP-based security networks.
- Work closely with leading technology partners and internal technical teams to develop customer solutions.
- Drive regional sales growth through partner development and strategic account management.
Industry Competencies
- Good understanding of IP network infrastructure used for physical security systems.
- Experience with network design principles, including power distribution for network-based solutions.
- Ability to compare modern network infrastructure approaches with traditional security network architectures.
- Familiarity with CCTV applications, particularly *perimeter protection* and *critical infrastructure* projects.
- Understanding of project planning and project management within infrastructure or security deployments.
Business Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the physical security ecosystem, including leading CCTV, VMS, access control, and security technology vendors.
- Good understanding of vendor channel strategies and go-to-market models.
- Established relationships with distributors, system integrators, consultants, and key industry stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, commercially driven, and willing to travel throughout the region.
