Be Well is Jordan's first mental health centre focused on prevention, psychoeducation, and integrated well-being. We are a community-centred space where people come to learn, grow, and access support across therapy, coaching, and mental health programmes.
We are expanding to a larger hub in Amman and looking for the person who will make sure it runs exceptionally well.
The role
As Centre Operations Manager, you will be the operational backbone of Be Well. You will work directly with the CEO to ensure the centre runs at the highest standard.
What you will do
- Manage the day-to-day running of the centre — scheduling, workflows, facilities, supplies, and relationships.
- Supervise and support in managing all client bookings, appointment coordination, and follow-up communications across a multi-practitioner team.
- Maintain and continuously improve administrative systems, booking platforms, and operational processes.
- Monitor operational performance and report key metrics to the CEO weekly.
- Coordinate events, workshops, group programmes, and corporate engagements as the hub grows.
- Support the CEO on HR administration, business development logistics, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure every operational touchpoint reflects Be Well's standard of professionalism and care.
- Identify operational challenges proactively and implement practical solutions.
What we are looking for
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years in office management, operations, or a coordination role.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Proactive and self-directed — you see what needs doing and do it.
- Confident with digital tools: booking systems, Microsoft Office, communication platforms.
- Professional, warm communication style .
- Discreet and trustworthy.
Valued but not required:
- Experience in a healthcare, wellness, or professional services environment
- Familiarity with practice management or CRM systems
