Role Purpose
KPMG is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support internal business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online, with a focus on process automation and workflow optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven apps) and automate workflows using Power Automate.
- Build and support automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Configure and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, and security roles.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, content types, permissions, and document management solutions.
- Design and implement Power Platform solutions following Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices using solutions and deployment pipelines.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, Azure services, REST APIs, and third-party applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform testing, deployment, and release management.
- Provide ongoing production support activities, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing solutions.
- Ensure solutions comply with KPMG technology, security, and governance standards.
- Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-400, PL-200) are an advantage.
Experience & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
- Experience integrating Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of Dataverse, Power BI, Microsoft 365 administration, JavaScript, C#, and Azure.
- Experience with enterprise automation and digital transformation initiatives.
