Connected Consulting Partners (CCP) is expanding its enterprise software portfolio serving banks, financial institutions, government entities, and large organizations across the Middle East.
We are looking for a Product Operations & Platform Specialist to support product quality, testing, deployments, customer onboarding, and operational excellence across our software platforms.
Location
Amman, Jordan (Hybrid), with potential travels to Iraq and GCC.
Why This Role Matters
You will become one of the first dedicated members of CCP's products department and will work directly with product owners, developers, consultants, cybersecurity specialists, and customers.
Your role is to help transform enterprise software products from successful development projects into scalable, reliable, and customer-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing to validate product quality and releases.
- Validate new features, bug fixes, and software releases prior to deployment.
- Track, verify, and coordinate the resolution of defects, enhancements, and product improvements.
- Support SaaS, private cloud, and on-premise deployments, customer onboarding, and implementation activities.
- Coordinate with developers, consultants, customer IT teams, and other stakeholders throughout implementation and release cycles.
- Troubleshoot application issues, validate fixes, and support technical problem resolution.
- Support system configuration, integrations, environment validation, and release readiness.
- Maintain testing documentation, deployment records, release notes, and technical documentation.
- Monitor platform health, performance, and operational stability, and recommend continuous improvements.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in enterprise software, product operations, software QA, implementation, application support, or business systems.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
Preferred
- Experience with enterprise software platforms, ERP systems, banking systems, SaaS products, or cybersecurity platforms.
- Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.
- Familiarity with APIs and integrations.
- Experience supporting software deployments and production environments.
- Experience working with financial institutions, governance, risk, compliance, audit, or cybersecurity environments.
