Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare and support the development of proposals, presentations, and bids for new projects.
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to understand project capabilities and client requirements.
- Contribute to strategic business development plans aimed at expanding the company’s market presence.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Prepare periodic reports on business development activities, opportunities, and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in business development within the engineering or consulting industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of engineering project lifecycles and consultancy services.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong presentation and client-management abilities.
