Job Summary:
As a supervisor – Airport Lounge & Transit Hotel, you will oversee front-of-house operations across both environments, ensuring smooth service delivery, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest satisfaction. You will lead and support the Guest Service team, monitor service standards, and ensure a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations across both the Airport Lounge and Transit Hotel.
- Ensure smooth guest flow, including check-in, access control, and departure processes.
- Lead, coach, and support Guest Service Associates to deliver consistent service excellence.
- Handle guest complaints, special requests, and service recovery in a professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain service quality standards across both lounge and hotel areas.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Kitchen, Security, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage shift handovers, task allocation, and staff scheduling.
- Monitor guest feedback and support continuous service improvements.
- Ensure accurate reporting, billing accuracy, and compliance with operational procedures.
- Maintain a professional, guest-focused, and high-performance team environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, including hotel front office, airport lounge, or customer service operations.
- Experience in both hotel and lounge environments is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities.
- Experience in handling guest complaints and service recovery.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural airport environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional appearance and strong customer-service mindset.
