We are looking for a Storekeeper to join our newly launched Airport Hospitality operation, supporting both our Airport Lounge and Transit Hotel.
As a Storekeeper, you will play a key role in managing inventory control, receiving operations, stock accuracy, and auditing of goods to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations across all departments.
Job Summary:
As a Storekeeper, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and auditing goods while maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records. You will ensure all products are properly documented, tracked, and stored in compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Ensure products are received in correct quantities, quality, and condition.
- Conduct physical checks of deliveries including damage, expiry dates, temperature compliance, and product quality.
- Maintain real-time and accurate inventory records for all incoming and issued goods.
- Perform regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure proper storage of items (chilled, frozen, and dry goods) according to standards.
- Accurately record all stock movements and update GRN and inventory systems.
- Compare invoices, packing lists, and purchase orders and report discrepancies immediately.
- Reject damaged or incorrect items and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers.
- Ensure all receiving and audit documentation is properly signed, recorded, and filed.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock to management.
- Ensure proper labeling, dating, and organization of all stored products.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely availability of supplies.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and warehouse management standards at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory control roles.
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems, receiving procedures, and stock auditing.
- Experience in maintaining accurate real-time inventory records.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good understanding of food safety and storage standards is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory systems and Microsoft Office.
