About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Stock Controller to manage the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods within the warehouse while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through recording stock movements in SAP and warehouse systems, conducting regular stock counts, and investigating discrepancies. Working closely with warehouse staff, sales teams, and transportation personnel, the Stock Controller will supervise loading and unloading activities, monitor product handling and storage conditions, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards. This position plays a key role in supporting efficient warehouse operations and maintaining inventory integrity across the supply chain.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or a related logistics role.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Experience using ERP systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Intermediate English reading and writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced warehouse environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of warehouse safety, quality, and product handling standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and issue goods accurately while ensuring all stock movements are recorded in SAP and warehouse systems.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and timely investigation of discrepancies.
- Supervise loading, unloading, and storage activities to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and product handling standards.
- Coordinate and direct warehouse staff and forklift operators to support efficient daily operations.
- Monitor and support the timely and accurate dispatch of products to sales and distribution teams.
- Report inventory variances, quality concerns, and operational issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
