Position Requirements:
- Junior Level (we are looking for doers and executors - not Subject Matter Resource)
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Process Improvement, or Business Transformation projects.
- Strong experience in process mapping, process analysis, and process management, reengineering and optimization.
- Current State / Future State - business capabilities model / business architecture
- Enterprise Architecture
- Enterprise Process Blueprint (APQC, BPMN)
- Automation/ RPA
- QPR - BPM software tool
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and facilitate process workshops.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Full Package: 13K to 16K SAR based on experience and assessment

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Process Improvement, Business Process Management, and Business Process strategy design
- Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing data-driven recommendations
- Professional experience in Consulting and delivering tailored, client-focused solutions
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
