We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to join our growing team and lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects for enterprise and public-sector clients.
About the Role
The Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional consulting skills, deep Oracle HCM expertise, and proven experience delivering end-to-end implementations.
This role requires close collaboration with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and long-term client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support engagements.
- Conduct business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution workshops.
- Design and configure Oracle Fusion HCM solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.
- Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, and implementation deliverables.
- Develop and execute testing strategies including SIT, UAT, and production readiness activities.
- Provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM Cloud functionality, releases, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and other business stakeholders to optimize business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and system issues.
- Deliver user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and post-go-live support.
- Mentor junior consultants and support capability development within the team.
- Participate in proposal development, solution demonstrations, and pre-sales activities.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and strategic client engagements.
- Prepare project status reports and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud product updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
- 8–10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS implementations.
- Proven experience delivering a minimum of five (5) full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations.
- Experience delivering projects in Jordan and Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and digital HR transformation initiatives.

Hands-on implementation experience in:
- Oracle Fusion Global Human Resources (Core HR)
- Oracle Fusion Absence Management
- Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud
- Oracle Fusion Talent Management
- Oracle Fusion Time and Labor
- Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud
- Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud
Skills

- Oracle Fusion HCM Certifications.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations and reporting solutions.
- Experience in Government, Public Sector, or Large Enterprise projects.
- PMP, Agile, or related certifications are considered an advantage.
