Marketing Manager
We are looking for an ambitious, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of Mada's marketing strategy across brand, growth, performance, communications, partnerships, and customer acquisition.
This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, execute operationally, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute Mada's annual and quarterly marketing strategy.
- Build and manage integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer insights.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI across all channels.
Growth & Performance Marketing
- Lead user acquisition, lead generation, and conversion campaigns.
- Manage paid media activities across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize KPIs including CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to drive measurable growth.
Brand Management
- Maintain and strengthen Mada's brand positioning and identity.
- Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Lead the development of brand campaigns, messaging frameworks, and creative direction.
Content & Communications
- Oversee content strategy across social media, website, email marketing, PR, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Work closely with designers, content creators, and external agencies to deliver engaging campaigns.
- Support executive branding and corporate communications activities.
Partnerships & Activations
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with merchants, fintech ecosystem players, universities, events, and media partners.
- Support BTL activations, sponsorships, events, and community engagement initiatives.
Data & Analytics
- Track, analyze, and report marketing performance.
- Build dashboards and executive reports with actionable recommendations.
- Utilize data to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
Requirements
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Brand Management.
- Experience within fintech, banking, financial services, technology, e-commerce, or high-growth startups is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in performance marketing and customer acquisition.
Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, growth marketing, and performance media.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience using marketing analytics, CRM, and reporting tools.
Language
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

- Must be based in Jordan and available for full-time employment.
