Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Amman, Jordan, for an Insurance Sales Agent. The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients, providing them with tailored insurance solutions, and walking them through the process of selecting appropriate coverage. Responsibilities include building strong, long-term relationships with clients, managing their portfolios, and ensuring consistent follow-ups. In addition, the role involves meeting or exceeding sales targets and staying updated on industry trends and company products to better address customer needs.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills to effectively close deals and build customer trust
- Customer service and interpersonal skills to cultivate long-term client relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts
- Knowledge of the insurance market, products, and regulatory requirements (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is advantageous
- Previous experience in insurance, sales, or financial services is a plus
