What You Will Do

Warmly welcome clients and their pets as they arrive at the clinic.
Manage phone calls with professionalism, clarity, and empathy.
Schedule appointments and manage the daily clinic calendar.
Handle data entry, patient records, and general computer-based tasks efficiently.
Communicate clearly with pet owners to ensure they feel informed and supported.

Requirements

Bilingual: Excellent command of both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills and comfort learning clinic software.
Communication: Exceptional conversational and interpersonal skills.
Phone Etiquette: Proven ability to handle phone inquiries politely and efficiently.

Working Hours & Shift Structure

Your Shift: 8 hours a day, 6 days a week (48 hours per week).
Clinic Hours: We are open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Your 8-hour shifts will be scheduled within these operating hours, requiring some scheduling flexibility.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 400 – 450 JD per month (depending on experience).
