Job Purpose:
The Social Media Specialist will be the "Voice and Face" of Uranus Education in Jordan. The primary goal is to build a strong digital presence that simplifies the "Study Abroad" journey for students while driving high-quality leads through creative, sales-oriented content and direct on-camera engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation & Hosting: Develop, film, and host engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
• On-Camera Engagement: Appear regularly in videos to explain educational programs, answer student inquiries, and conduct live sessions.
• Sales-Driven Strategy: Design and implement social media strategies that focus on lead generation and "selling" the benefits of studying abroad through Uranus Education.
• Platform Management: Full management of social media channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice and high engagement rates.
• Ad Campaign Management: Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns to reach prospective students and parents in Jordan.
• Creative Storytelling: Translate complex admission requirements and visa procedures into simple, trendy, and persuasive visual stories.
Job Requirements:
• Exceptional Camera Presence: Must be highly confident, charismatic, and willing to appear as the brand ambassador in all video content.
• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to use marketing psychological triggers to convert viewers into potential leads.
• Technical Proficiency: Professional experience in managing TikTok, Reels, and Facebook business suites.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify information and persuade students.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the educational sector or consultancy is a significant advantage.
• Educational Background: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferable).
