Job purpose
To provide comprehensive Human Resources support to the business by delivering effective people solutions across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, people analytics, offboarding and talent initiatives. The role acts as a trusted partner to employees and stakeholders, ensuring HR practices are aligned with business objectives, employee experience is enhanced, and policies and processes are implemented consistently and in compliance with organizational standards and employment regulations.
Major duties and responsibilities
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and co-facilitate induction sessions.
- Facilitate Mid-Year and Year-End review processes.
- Support performance improvement plan for Under performers.
- Ensure the data regarding mentee and performance manager is updated on regular basis
- Facilitate Global Pulse Survey results roll out and support action planning.
- Meet with Key POC’s regarding Human Resources and Learning & Development, Operations, Talent Acquisition, etc.
- Support probation confirmation for staff.
- Supports HR management in the preparation of HR reports and analysis such as headcount, attrition, leave balances, diversity and other employee related information.
- Deliver insights through HR data and analytics to support decision-making.
- Managing day-to-day employee queries and issues.
- Ensure necessary instructions are given to Payroll lead in case there are any adjustments required in the salary of people due to PQ to perform relevant activities in a timely manner.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving conflicts.
- Implement people initiatives in alignment with business goals and PPC strategy.
- End-to-end coordination of the exit formalities for staff including conducting exit interviews for staff and sharing insights to support employee retention.
- Support with employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinaries.
Education requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Management/ Equivalent.
Work experience requirements:
- Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience within field of HR i.e. HR Operations/Generalist
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR technology platforms.
- Stakeholder Management
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, CIPD level 3) preferred.
