Pharma International is offering a 3-month paid internship for a Junior HR Intern (OD & L&D) in the Organization Development and Learning & Development department, open to recent graduates.
📍 Location: Al Qastal Industrial Area, Amman
Requirements:
- Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Very good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a genuine eagerness to learn
What You’ll Learn:
- Analyzing organizational structures and developing job descriptions
- Supporting process and procedure improvement projects
- Identifying training needs and coordinating training programs
- Preparing reports and analyzing data using Excel
