The Function Purpose
Ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the calendar and set up meetings, coordinate daily schedules, and plan appointments and events.
- Manage information flows in a timely and accurate manner, to brief the Manager on ongoing obligations and priorities.
- Book travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Implement and maintain the office filing system, organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, and prepare reports, presentations, and memos, and follow up on preparing materials for the Board meetings.
- Follow up on the recruitment and onboarding of new employees and internships.
- Address the team’s inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources.
- Oversee office supplies and equipment procurement and manage vendor relationships for office services/ office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate office events, meetings and logistics, and assist in ongoing communications and activities.
Background
- Bachelor's degree
- (5+) years of relevant experience
