Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat
• Create and manage engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and captions
• Develop monthly content calendars and marketing content strategies
• Plan and execute launch campaigns for new products and marketing initiatives
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and platform updates
• Monitor account performance, insights, engagement, reach, and audience growth
• Optimize content strategies based on analytics and performance metrics
• Maintain consistent brand voice and creative direction across all platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative campaigns and content ideas

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and audience behavior
• Experience creating and managing posts, stories, reels, and social media campaigns
• Creative mindset with strong content writing and campaign ideation skills
• Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
• Highly active and skilled in social media management and audience engagement
