Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing team in planning and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost sales for our international franchise brands. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and expertise in digital and traditional marketing to localize global brands effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for multiple franchise brands.
- Adapt global brand strategies to the local market while ensuring brand consistency.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing calenders and campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Oversee social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, ads managers, content creators, and customerservice representatives.
- Manage budgets, optimize ad spend, and ensure ROI on marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify business opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with brand partners, media agencies, and influencers, landlord marketing, production agencies.
- Track and report marketing performance metrics, providing insights for optimization.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of marketing experience. ( preferebly in marketing agencies)
- Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of successfully executing marketing strategies.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and consumer behavior.
-Project Management: Proficiency in team collaboration, project management, and task management platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Monday.com, Trello, Asana, Agenda, or similar tools.
- Digital Marketing Tools: Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, Canva, and other marketing platforms.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
