Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to executive management.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, draft, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Coordinate internal and external communications professionally and efficiently.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and confidential documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Support office administration and coordinate daily operational activities.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications And Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role, preferably supporting senior management.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional attitude.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to the highest ethical standards.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
