We are looking for a highly analytical and tech-savvy Marketing Automation & BI Specialist to optimize our marketing operations, reporting systems, and customer journey automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows across CRM, email, and advertising platforms.
- Develop dashboards and BI reports to track campaign performance, lead generation, ROI, and customer behavior.
- Integrate marketing data from multiple platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to improve marketing efficiency and business growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve funnel performance and automation processes.
Requirements
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of BI/reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Understanding of digital marketing analytics, tracking, and attribution.
- Experience with data visualization, API integrations, and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and automation platforms like Zapier or Make.
- Basic SQL or data analysis knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Experience with automation tools like clevertap, moengage, webengage.
