At Livin, we partner with organizations to bring their employees and members a healthier, more connected lifestyle through our wellbeing app. We are looking for an Engagement Manager who will work closely with our plan sponsors (corporates, insurers, and partners) to help them successfully launch, market, and grow adoption of the Livin app.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between Livin and plan sponsors, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing engagement.
- Collaborate with sponsors to design and execute marketing campaigns that drive app awareness and adoption among their customers/employees.
- Develop tailored engagement strategies that align with each sponsor’s goals, communication style, and audience.
- Support sponsors with campaign materials, best practices, and performance insights to maximize participation.
- Monitor and report on usage trends, campaign outcomes, and engagement KPIs, while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with Livin’s internal product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure sponsors receive the right tools and resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in client engagement, account management, or marketing (experience in health, insurance, or wellbeing sectors is a plus).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple sponsor relationships simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Arabic & English).
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate sponsor needs into engaging campaigns.
- Data-driven with the ability to interpret campaign performance and propose actionable insights.
