Overview
To ensure all data is recorded in the appropriate databases and updates stock movement data on WMS in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities
Data Entry
- Enters all data entries related to returns, credit note, missing invoices, actual delivery date on JDE and WMS in order to reflect accurate database.
Administrative Work
- Checks the received quantities and item codes against JDE references and passes all related transactions
- Updates the daily stock transactions on the ERP system on the same day in order to reflect accurate inventory.
- Prepares and closes the ASN type promo.(Advanced shipment notice)just if you have WMS
- Records all in / out movements for TPL in order to maintain accurate database.(third party logistics)
- Assists in printing invoices during the night shift.
Transmed Purpose
- Acts as a role model by living the Transmed Purpose on daily basis
Qualifications
Academic Education & Professional Certifications:
- Bachelor or Technical Degree
Operational & Managerial Experience:
- 0 -1 years of experience in logistics
