Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Brand Manager to lead and develop the company’s brand portfolio, strengthen market positioning, and drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand equity and increase market share.
Responsibilities:
- Lead both strategic brand planning and on-ground execution activities.
- Manage and maintain brand identity across all channels to ensure consistency.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and actively execute marketing campaigns from planning through to implementation and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, and other internal teams to achieve brand goals.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure optimal return on investment.
- Oversee new product development and support product lifecycle management.
- Monitor brand performance using KPIs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality execution.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Food or FMCG fields experience is required.
- Proven experience in brand building, product launches, and market expansion.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Excellent communication skills.
