Position: Commercial and Operations Lead
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
• Deep knowledge of Self-Adhesive Labels, Shrink Sleeve Labels, Wrap Around Labels, and Flexible Packaging Rolls
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong track record in cross-functional coordination
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive and manage sales activities
• Translate client requirements into clear and actionable production orders
• Ensure accurate invoicing and follow-up on clients’ accounts
• Plan and oversee production schedules based on priorities and deadlines
• Maintain strong communication across commercial and operations teams
• Manage and supervise the operations team
