Job Description:
We are hiring a talented Operations Manager - Crypto professional to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end platform operations, including order flow, execution, settlement, and client account updates.
- Oversee trade settlement and reconciliation, coordinating with Custody and Banking functions.
- Coordinate liquidity provider (LP) operations, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Manage client operations, including account maintenance, deposits/withdrawals, and support coordination.
- Develop and enforce operational SOPs and monitor SLAs across all processes.
- Oversee OEMS/platform operations, including system monitoring and incident escalation.
- Lead operational reporting, including daily, weekly, and regulatory reports.
- Coordinate go-live readiness, testing, and operational execution.
- Identify operational risks and inefficiencies, driving process improvements.
- Act as the primary coordinator during operational incidents across teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brokerage, exchange, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, settlement, reconciliation, and client operations.
- Experience in process design, SLA management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to manage incidents, vendors, and operational reporting.
- Team management experience preferred.
- Crypto/virtual asset operations experience is preferred but not required.
- JSC Fit & Proper accreditation may be required depending on responsibilities.
