JOB PURPOSE:
To be part of TA activities and supporting the HR team in all recruitment and onboarding activities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in the recruitment process (posting jobs on recruitment websites, contacting candidates, welcoming candidates, arranging tests, and scheduling interviews.)
- Support in company’s recruitment activities such as Job fairs at University, and other events related to recruitment and employer branding.
- Responsible for updating the applicant tracking system and all TA trackers.
- Join in building a candidate pipeline to enlarge the Talent Pool.
- Perform other HR tasks requested by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Minimum Experience: 2-3 years relevant experience in the field of Human Resources - Talent Acquisition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent English language.
- Strong Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite Skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
