Role Description
This is a part-time role based in Amman, where the Legal Recruitment Consultant will play a key role in supporting legal recruitment efforts. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews with clients, and providing guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process. The individual will also work closely with clients to understand their requirements, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and advise on best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Experience in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting processes
- Strong Consulting and Interviewing skills
- Excellent verbal and written Communication abilities
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Previous experience in legal recruitment or exposure to the legal industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
