Job Purpose:
Monitor employee time and attendance data to control employees’ adherence to company policies also to monitor the annual leave distribution as per business needs.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control the employee’s Time and Attendance on daily basis to identify any noncompliance with the company policies.
- Follow up with managers and employees any noncompliance with daily time and attendance policies.
- Monitor employee database on both time attendance and HR system to ensure the accuracy of data.
- Working closely with managers to assist them to understand and implement time and attendance and overtime policy and procedures.
- Prepare annual leave plan and required burn rate as per the business need.
- Annual leave balance tracking with burn rate update on daily basis.
- Generate reports to the head of departments regarding T&A, annual leave burn rates and sick consumption on daily, weekly, monthly basis to take required recommendations and actions.
- Monitor sick leave consumption to identify any abuse of the policy.
- Prepare recommended disciplinary actions for all T&A violations.
- To lead the producing, analyzing, cleansing, and reporting of whole Joramco time and attendance data.
- Provide management with needed reports.
- Adhere to company and dep. Approved system, policies, and procedures in perform his duties.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or any related field.
- Professional Certificate in Human Resources from an international accreditation is preferred.
- 10 years of experience in HR functions with minimum 5 years in managing Time and Attendance or similar role.
- Experience in a high-volume, customer-service-oriented environment.
- Experience of delivering results through cross-functional working
- Knowledge of Jordanian labor law and Social Security law.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate problems into operational and sustainable solutions.
- Excellent command in English language
