Job Summary
Lead the People function to drive strategy, culture, talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation, and HR operations to support the company's growth and operational excellence. Partner with executive leadership to shape organizational design, workforce planning, and people-centric processes that enable sustainable performance and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and onboarding to build a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive workforce.
- Lead learning and development, performance management, and career development initiatives to drive continuous improvement and employee growth.
- Design competitive compensation and benefits programs, pay transparency, and recognition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Shape organizational culture, change management, and workforce engagement initiatives to enhance collaboration and morale.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and governance standards across all regions the company operates in.
- Partner with finance, operations, and business leaders to forecast workforce needs and manage headcount and budget planning.
- Mentor and coach senior leaders on people analytics, decision making, and leadership development.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles.
- Start-UPs Experience is must
- Demonstrated success in scaling organizations, organizational design, and culture transformation.
- Strong knowledge of global employment law, HR compliance, and risk management.
- Experience leading diverse and distributed teams with a collaborative leadership style.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fast-growing or venture-backed companies.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Psychology.
- Expertise in HR analytics, workforce planning, and data-driven decision making.
- Certification in SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent.
