Role Overview:
Job Title: Outdoor Sales Representative
Location: Jordan (Field / Outdoor)
Working Hours: 8 hours/day
Compensation & Benefits Package:
Salary : Upto JOD 500
Sales Commission: 5% on achieving 100% of the monthly target
Key Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- At least 1 year of experience in field/external sales in the Jordanian market.
- High negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Must own a personal car and hold a valid Jordanian driver's license (Mandatory).
- Good knowledge of targeted geographical areas in Jordan.
💼 Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to current and potential clients.
- Expand the customer base and acquire new accounts.
- Follow up on customer orders and collect outstanding dues.
