Role Overview
The Photographer/Videographer will be responsible for producing high-quality photographic and video content for our premium residential and commercial projects, ensuring every frame reflects our brand’s standards of elegance, precision, and professionalism by focusing on the details.

Key Responsibilities
- Capture professional interior & exterior property photography and videography
- Edit, retouch, and enhance photos & videos using industry-standard software (Adobe Suite)
- Ensure all visual content aligns with TAJ ALSAFA® brand guidelines
- Coordinate with the marketing team on campaign requirements and deadlines
- Apply modern photography & videography techniques and trends
- Manage shoots, locations, equipment, and delivery timelines
- Deliver polished final content for digital, print, and corporate use
- Focusing on the cinematic Outputs (Material, textures, close-ups, and so on)
- Develop visual concepts and shot lists based on project objectives and brand identity
- Conduct pre-production planning and strategies, including mood boards, lighting setups, and camera movement planning
- Direct on-site shoots, ensuring composition, lighting, and framing meet premium standards
- Operate and maintain professional cameras, drones, gimbals, and lighting equipment
- Perform color correction and cinematic color grading for a consistent visual tone
- Ensure file organization, archiving, and version control for all media assets
- Optimize visual content for social media, websites, presentations, and advertising platforms
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to support integrated marketing campaigns
- Stay updated on emerging photography, videography, and post-production trends
- Ensure compliance with copyright, licensing, and usage rights for all content
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Conduct quality control to ensure all deliverables meet technical and creative standards
- Suggest creative improvements to enhance brand perception and storytelling
- Support corporate events, site progress documentation, and promotional shoots
What We’re Looking For
- Strong expertise in photography & videography techniques, especially in the architecture and real estate field.
- High proficiency in editing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Davinci, etc.)
- Strong eye for aesthetic detail, lighting, composition, and storytelling
- Ability to work flexible hours and on-site shoots
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Client-focused mindset with strong time management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Marketing/Multimedia or related field preferred)
- 2–4 years of professional experience in photography/videography
- Real estate or architectural experience is a strong plus
- High proficiency in editing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Davinci, etc.)
