BSM House is looking for a Reels Content Creator who understands what makes short-form content perform — not just how to write or shoot it.
We’re looking for someone who understands:
Hooks • Retention • Watch Time • Completion Rate • Rewatch • Shares • Saves • Conversion
Responsibilities
- Develop high-performing ideas for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
- Write strong hooks that stop the scroll.
- Build scripts designed to maximize retention and watch time.
- Understand audience behavior and buyer personas.
- Create content that encourages shares, saves, comments, and rewatch.
- Follow trends and adapt them strategically to each brand.
- Analyze content performance and understand why a Reel succeeded or failed.
- Work closely with the videographer and editor on pacing, visual hooks, and storytelling.
- Differentiate between content created for Reach, Engagement, and Conversion.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and performance creative is a strong advantage.
You’re a good fit if you can explain:
- Why will someone stop scrolling?
- Why will they continue watching?
- Where is the retention point?
- What will make them share or save the Reel?
- Why do you believe this content can perform?
