Key Responsibilities & KRAs
- Inspire, lead, and motivate cross-discipline agency teams — creative, planning, media, and production — ensuring optimal output
- Drive agency business goals and contribute to overall account profitability
- Provide strategic recommendations, presentations, and advocate for great advertising across assigned brands
- Identify and unlock organic growth opportunities with existing clients to elevate agency and client business
- Coach and train the team, strengthening skills and improving client experience
- Build deep departmental knowledge on emerging digital trends and tools — Social Media, AR, VR, SEO, SEO, applications, and more
- Oversee social media insights and analytics to guide strategy and optimize content performance
- Manage regional client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and alignment across markets
- Maintain composure, professionalism, and confidence when managing high-pressure clients
Technical Skills that Bring Success
- Strong understanding of strategic and creative development
- Excellent creative judgment and sound decision-making
- Experience in client budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and financial tracking
- Ability to interpret data and leverage analytics to guide decisions
- Deep knowledge of digital ecosystems and their integration into modern advertising
- Clear understanding of client business, competitive landscapes, and regional market conditions
Required Qualifications
- Large agency experience within multidisciplinary environments
- Regional client management exposure, ideally across MENA and global markets
- Client-side operations and business understanding, with exposure to client-side operations
- Experience leading teams and managing complex stakeholder groups
- Strong expertise in social media analytics and data-driven strategy
