Job Purpose
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for promoting Mazzoni machinery solutions across the Middle East, developing new business opportunities, and managing key customer relationships.
The role focuses on identifying prospects, understanding customer requirements, and acting as the main commercial interface between regional customers and Mazzoni Italy, while technical support and final deal closing are handled by Mazzoni Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote Mazzoni machines and solutions in the Middle East region.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Manage high-value and complex projects from opportunity identification to handover for deal closing.
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and Mazzoni Italy throughout the sales cycle.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands in the Personal & Home Care sector.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of Personal & Home Care industries and related production technologies.
- Solid understanding of industrial machinery sales and project-based solutions.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience working across Middle East regional markets.
- Track record of managing high-value projects and complex sales cycles.
