As our project continues to grow, we are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team and support our property sales operations.
Role OverviewThe Property Consultant will be responsible for generating leads, presenting property solutions to potential clients, and supporting the sales process from inquiry to closing. This role requires strong communication skills, customer relationship management, and a passion for real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking and lead generation
- Present and promote real estate projects to potential buyers and investors
- Conduct property presentations and client meetings
- Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about the project
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Follow up with potential buyers to support the sales process
- Work closely with the marketing and management teams to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property development
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset and relationship-building abilities
- Driving License and car is an advantage
