At Telescope Medical Center, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to join our growing team.

📍 Location: Amman, Jordan
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Maintain and update employee records on the Menaitech system.
- Handle HR operations including attendance, leave management, and employee data.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment (headhunting experience is a plus)
- Strong hands-on experience with Menaitech system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
