Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Supervisor, based in Amman. The HR Supervisor will oversee HR management, develop and implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, facilitating performance management processes, addressing workplace concerns, and supporting staff development. Additionally, the role involves assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of staff and ensuring best practices in human resources operations across the organization’s culinary establishments.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) processes and principles.
- Strong capabilities in HR Management and implementing effective HR strategies.
- Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and addressing workplace matters.
- Skills in Performance Management to evaluate and enhance individual and team performance.
- Experience with developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with HR Policies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Jordan.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is an added advantage.
- 5+ Years of experience as HR.
