Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Supervisor based in Amman. The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for managing HR functions, implementing and enforcing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting employee relations. The role also involves overseeing performance management activities, supporting organizational development, and collaborating with management to foster a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices.
- Expertise in Employee Relations and Performance Management.
- Familiarity with the development and implementation of HR Policies.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in relevant HR software and tools Like KayanHR.
- Ability to effectively handle employee conflicts and create a collaborative workplace culture.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- 5+ Years as HR / HR super Supervisor.
