Role Description
CTI is seeking an experienced and resourceful Recruiter to join its Amman office. This person will manage the complete recruitment cycle for a diverse range of junior, senior, technical, financial, sales, and management positions.
The Recruiter must be comfortable identifying and assessing candidates across multiple professional disciplines, including:
- Inventory accounting and inventory control
- Junior and senior accounting positions
- Finance managers and other finance professionals
- Web development
- ERP development and implementation
- PHP and Laravel development
- Sales and business development
- Operations and general management
- Administrative and other corporate-support positions
Key Responsibilities
- Work with leadership and department managers to define hiring needs and candidate profiles.
- Prepare accurate and engaging job descriptions and advertisements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, professional networks, universities, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Proactively approach qualified candidates for specialized and senior positions.
- Review résumés and conduct structured initial interviews in English and Arabic.
- Assess candidates’ experience, communication skills, professionalism, compensation expectations, and organizational fit.
- Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with department managers.
- Manage interview schedules, candidate communications, reference checks, offers, and onboarding documentation.
- Develop pipelines for frequently recruited accounting, technology, sales, and management positions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records.
- Track recruitment activity, time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and other recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search.
- Experience recruiting across several functions, preferably including finance, accounting, technology, sales, and management.
- Familiarity with technical recruitment for web development, PHP, Laravel, and ERP-related positions.
- Strong candidate-sourcing and direct-outreach skills, particularly through LinkedIn.
- Ability to evaluate both junior candidates and experienced managers.
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
- Strong interviewing, communication, negotiation, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and applicant-tracking or recruitment-management systems.
Working Hours and Benefits
- Full-time, on-site position in Amman
- Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday. Friday & Sunday OFF.
- 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
