Job Overview:
We are currently hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a travel agency, for the position of Customer Service Representative. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in airline operations and ticketing who can deliver high-quality customer support.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general travel-related requests
- Resolve customer issues while ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Accurately use ticketing systems to process and manage requests
- Maintain clear, professional communication with customers at all times
Requirements- Proven experience in customer service (non-sales roles preferred)
- Mandatory: Strong experience in airline ticketing and travel industry operations
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Jordan Time)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a travel agency or airline-related role
- Experience handling high-volume customer interactions
