Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time Management Consultant to support our clients in shaping strategic direction, developing actionable roadmaps, and implementing sectoral and institutional strategies.
The role involves designing performance frameworks, developing target operating and business models, improving business processes, conducting benchmarking research, and bringing new perspectives to client organizations.
The consultant will manage projects and workstreams, coordinate with teams, and engage with clients and executives to support effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support our clients in drawing the strategic direction and formulating sectoral and institutional strategies.
- Support clients in cascading strategies, detailing initiatives in business cases, and developing actionable strategy roadmaps.
- Design and execute performance frameworks at entity and sectoral levels.
- Develop target operating and business models and support in the organizational design for targeted clients.
- Undertake thorough assessment for the business operations and support in designing improved business processes following the global standards and trending tools and methodologies.
- Conduct thorough research and develop insightful benchmark exercises and ensure bringing new perspectives to client businesses.
- Manage projects and workstreams, teams, and client relationship.
- Work closely with upper management and executives to support effective decision making.
- Perform any related tasks required by the clients and management.
Job Requirements
- BA in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent degrees
- Management consultant experience in reputable firms.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Management Consultant, including exposure to projects in the GCC region.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
