FEFFs is looking for a superstar Warehouse Keeper
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintaining a sufficient stock of raw materials and avoiding interruption of them.
- Providing the production department / other departments with all daily orders.
- Receiving the supplied materials and delivering a copy according to the consignment to the Purchasing Department.
- Documenting materials entering and leaving the warehouse.
- Arranging raw materials in the correct manner inside the warehouses and placing a statement card on them so that they are easily accessible without difficulty.
- Ensuring the safety of storage in warehouses and the presence of fire safety means.
- Establishing identification cards for warehouses and the contents of each warehouse.
- Building a database of assets/location of goods in each store.
- Ensure that you use the first-in, first-out method.
- Receiving and arranging the goods properly to avoid damage or breakage.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of warehouses and ensuring easy access to goods.
- Preparing plans for warehouses and locations of goods.
- Ensure the presence of safety equipment/fire extinguishers.
- Optimal use of available space in warehouses.
- Carrying out the annual and monthly inventory process in cooperation with the relevant departments.
الحفاظ على مخزون كاف من المواد الأولية وتجنب الانقطاع منها-
تزويد إدارة الإنتاج / الدوائر الأخرى بكافة الطلبيات اليومية-
استلام المواد الموردة وتسليم نسخة وفق الإرسالية لدائرة المشتريات-
توثيق المواد الداخلة إلى المستودع والخارجة منه-
ترتيب المواد الأولية بالشكل الصحيح داخل المستودعات ووضع بطاقة بيان عليه بحيث يسهل الوصول إليها دون عناء-
التأكد من سلامة التخزين في المستودعات ووجود وسائل السلامة ضد الحريق-
وضع بطاقات تعريف للمستودعات ومحتويات كل مستودع-
بناء قاعدة بيانات عن الموجودات / أماكن تواجد البضائع في كل مخزن-
التأكد من استخدام طريقة الوارد أولا صادر أولاً-
استلام وترتيب البضائع بالشكل السليم تجنباً للتلف أو الكسر-
المحافظة على نظافة المستودعات والتأكد من سهولة الوصول إلى البضاعة-
وضع مخططات للمستودعات وأماكن تواجد البضاعة-
التأكد من وجود وسائل السلامة / طفايات الحريق-
الاستخدام الأمثل للمساحات المتاحة في المستودعات-
القيام بعملية الجرد السنوي والشهري بالتعاون مع الدوائر المختصة-
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
required.
Qualifications
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power Query, Power BI, QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- 5+ Years minimum experience in Warehouse.
- Must have experience in restaurants.
