Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to drive sales growth and ensure timely collections within the assigned territory. The role involves promoting pet care and veterinary products, building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery to pet shops, veterinary clinics, and other relevant customers. In addition, the candidate will support regulatory and registration activities.

Job Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential customers to promote products and identify new business opportunities.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure compliance with approved credit limits and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Provide product information and basic technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Prepare sales invoices, coordinate dispatch, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Report any product-related technical issues or customer feedback to the direct manager.
- Conduct market intelligence activities, including competitor analysis and pricing insights, and suggest appropriate actions.
- Submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in setting annual sales forecasts and developing short-term action plans to achieve targets.
- Must be registered with the Ministry of Agriculture and authorized to handle, promote, and sell veterinary products in compliance with local regulations.
- Ensure full adherence to all regulatory requirements governing veterinary product registration, handling, promotion, and distribution.
- Study and checkup of registration files for new products.
- Follow up the products and suppliers’ registration process with the authority
- Maintain valid licensing and ensure all activities are conducted within the legal framework.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in pet care, or veterinary products.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer landscape
- Good understanding of regulatory and registration processes for veterinary products is a plus
- Valid driving license
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory of Jordan
