Role Overview:
The Technical Officer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting coffee machines, ensuring optimal performance and high service quality for clients
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure coffee machines
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Diagnose and resolve technical issues
Respond to service requests efficiently
Train clients on machine usage
Track spare parts and technical inventory
Provide regular technical reports
Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
1–2 years of technical experience
Basic electrical knowledge
Valid driving license
Ability to work in the field
Strong problem-solving skills
