Design Community for Printing Services — the umbrella company behind several offline and online businesses- is looking for a Social Media & Customer Communication Specialist to join our growing team.
This role is perfect for someone fluent in both Arabic and English, confident in handling conversations, and capable of turning inquiries into actual sales.
- What You’ll Do: Respond to customer inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and offline visitors
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services (custom printing, promotional items, etc.)
- Help convert leads into orders by confidently communicating product details, pricing, and processes
- Coordinate internally with the design and production teams for special/custom requests
- Ensure quick, professional, and brand-consistent communication at all times
- Help maintain a positive, friendly, and helpful tone with all customers
- What We’re Looking For: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- A proactive communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with social media messaging and/or online customer service
- Sales-oriented mindset — comfortable closing deals through chat
- Organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Bonus: Knowledge of printing techniques (DTF, UV, laser, sublimation, etc.) or promotional products is a big plus
