Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager, located in Amman. The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensure outstanding customer service, and manage a dynamic team. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring food and beverage quality, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and driving customer satisfaction. The role also involves team hiring, training, and scheduling to ensure effective operations.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Experience in hiring, training, and managing teams to enhance operational performance
- Strong Communication skills to effectively lead staff and interact with customers
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including quality assurance and inventory management
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or food service industry is preferred
