Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor management professionally
- Maintain office supplies, organization, and general workplace environment
- Support management with follow-ups, documentation, and task tracking
- Assist different departments with administrative needs when required
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and nothing falls through the cracks
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Positive attitude, energetic personality, and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory
