Job Description:
The Executive – Performance is responsible for the execution, monitoring, and optimization of Paid Social,Paid Search, and Programmatic campaigns for MENA-region clients.
The role focuses on hands-on campaign management, performance tracking, and ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently in line with client objectives and internal best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute the setup, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and
Programmatic platforms.
• Support performance improvements by identifying optimization opportunities and resolving
campaign issues.
• Assist in campaign onboarding processes, ensuring accurate implementation, tracking, and
reporting.
• Maintain campaign quality through regular checks and adherence to internal guidelines.
• Work closely with planning and strategy teams to ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Contribute to performance reporting, including data analysis and insights preparation.
• Stay updated on platform developments and industry trends to enhance campaign execution.
Key Requirements:
• Relevant years of experience in a performance marketing or digital role, preferably within an
agency environment.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and
DV360 is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns with guidance from senior team members.
• Good communication skills; English required, Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics,
Campaign Manager) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are advantageous.
