Position Objectives
Lead and manage Inventory & Circuit Management Specialist activities for the transformation project ensuring compliance, operational excellence, scalability, and successful delivery.
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all Inventory & Circuit Management operational and technical activities
- Define Inventory & Circuit Management rules across various program activities
- Coordinate with Streams Program Manager to ensure compliance and adherence to Inventory & Circuit Management rules
- Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with telecom industry standards, project governance, and operational procedures
- Monitor project schedules, KPIs, quality metrics, and operational performance and ensure assets are recorded in the system in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare technical reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates
- Support planning, implementation, testing, optimization, and handover activities
- Conduct risk assessments and support issue resolution and escalation management
- Ensure adherence to HSE, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Participate in technical reviews, audits, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
- Support process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives
- Monitor resource utilization, operational efficiency, and service delivery performance
- Provide technical guidance and coordination support to cross-functional teams
Qualification and Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5–15 years of relevant telecom, infrastructure, operations, or project management experience depending on role seniority
- Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, operations, governance, and service delivery environments
- Experience working with telecom operators, vendors, system integrators, or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred
- Strong communication, reporting, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
- Experience with PMO, reporting tools, operational dashboards, and telecom systems is an advantage
- Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CCNP, CISSP, or PRINCE2 are preferred for senior positions
