Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Business Process Consultant specializing in the banking sector.
The consultant will analyze, evaluate, and improve business processes, focusing on operational workflows in banking.
Responsibilities include identifying inefficiencies, developing and implementing optimized processes, and providing practical and strategic consulting to ensure clients achieve their business objectives. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements and sustainable solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Process Reengineering, Mapping , Modelling , Improvement and Business Process Management practices
Enterprise Process Blueprint (APQC, BPMN) - Business Process Reengineering and Automation
QPR - BPM
- Strong expertise in Business Process analysis and optimization
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and interpret results
- Experience in Consulting, with a focus on delivering practical business solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Familiarity with banking operations and regulatory frameworks is highly desirable
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Banking, IT , MIS, BIS or a related field
